I feel lopsided today. In fact been feeling lopsided for a while now.
I remember my mum telling me when I was a kid that to check if my back was out I should look at my clavicle bones and see if they are even.

Im lopsided as well, it comes from carrying a heavy school bag on one shoulder constantly causing curvature of the spine. Solution do exercises in the opposite direction to the curvature. Perhaps u have one leg longer than the other ?
I think my legs are the same length. My arm's arent though, since my accident in the snow, my left arm is about an inch shorter than my right, due to the bend in it. I remember when I was in high school, one of my friends used to refer to this girl we knew as 'the girl with one leg fatter than the other' and say that she shouldn't wear skirts. High school can be so harsh, not only on your back.
