I went to work today.
Went supermarket shopping with missi for 3 hrs and ate all the deli meat before we got to the register.
Bought some bung fritz for barter.
Wrote a list of things to do.
Ate delicious pizza at no. 5, thanks and respect to no. 5 residents. Rk bought 1kg of salami and 1 kg of ham from the deli counter.
The ravers who were staying in the serviced apartment behind finally left us. Still am a little disappointed in myself for my lack of tolerance, but really, they can just **** off and die for all i care.

The girl on me told me she plays football twice a week.
Bigsy got beat up.

Taught Rk ballet.
He needs to work on his turn out and bending his knees.

  Friday
Saw terminator 3. Vry Good. No cgi stuff which made action seens watchable. I didnt lose interest at any stage which is good.
Later went to Mojo with Tani and Maja. Nothing exciting happened at all. Played foos and lost.

Saturday
Went to the markets and the man in the Kangaroo meat shop was mean to me again. He never wants to serve me and I think he makes fun of me with the other man.
Bought about 15 Nanna buns to start trying to make prototypes.
Went to some bands at Jade Monkey. Nothing stood out.
My sister put her back out while lifting a carton of beer out of the car. She couldnt really move all night.

Sun
Went for a run. Missi Elliot is good running music. I ran about 100m and had an asthma attack practically. I'm headed for a heart attack. I have decided to get fit.
Deposited a cheque at the atm and accidently put in $12 634 instead of $126.34.
Ate risotto cakes with Jon.
Went to No 5 and ate risotto and stuffed chicken breasts that rk made.
Made a cookie cake under cb's direction. It turned out really good.

Recipe
take one tub of cream and whip with sugar until whipped
take one packet of chocolate ripple biscuits and stick them together with cream.
cover the whole thing with cream and refridgerate for at least one hour.

Went to the physio the other night.
She said I'm making no progress and this could be it for me.
She said It's all up to me and I need to do my exercises.
I miss the support and praise I got during the early days of my recovery.
I miss Rachael my american therapist.

Just now at work the sales manager came in and said he doesnt think we're telling him the full story.
Then my manager said he didnt trust him.

  Last night I went to dinner for my Nanna's 86th birthday.

Mum and Claire talk:

M: Nanna wants to take us out for dinner on Wednesday for her birthday
C: Why is she taking us out?
M: I don't know, she wants to take us to some club thing where you get a 4 course meal for $15 or something

So Claire and I go to meet them and it turns out it is an exclusive club for members and their guests only with a gentlemens smoking lounge and a ladies coffee loung and a silver service restaurant.

Claire got told off for using her mobile phone because mobile phones aren't allowed anywhere in the club.

When Nanna got there she asked Claire and I if we wanted to go to the powder room to fix our hair.

Everyone in the restaurant was wearing a suit or a dress except for Claire and I.

Mum swears she didnt know it was going to be like this but her and Dad were both dressed appropriately, with Dad in a rarely seen suit.

We definitely didn't get a 4 course meal for $15.

  So I went to Nurioopta today for a Bundy promo. This is the third time I have been there. Everytime the same things happen.

I say hi to Barry and he says hi back.
He directs me to the bar and says 'so Ill just let you get to it'
I start putting posters and stuff up in the bar and three old men start to heckle me.

"What's that shit youve got this time"
"Someones gonna come and put a match to that I bet"
"What's that shit"
"Watch you dont fall love"
"That's a load of rubbish"
"How much is that worth, 50 cents I reckon"
"After you've finished hangin those up, you can come to my house and hang out my washing if you like"

  Great, just realised that one of my referees email addresses is wrong on all the resume's I have sent out.

On the upside, my interview today went quite well.

Started with a video, which was boring and half way through I started to get worried that they were going to ask questions about it afterwards and I wouldnt be able to tell one thing that was in it. Luckily, no such discussion occured.

Then a geography test:

Name the capital city of:

Vietnam
Austria
Argentina
New Zealand
France
Kenya
Spain
Fiji
Malaysia
Singapore

I got them all except Kenya, which the guy next to me told me. How many would you have known?

There were 4 more sections which were pretty tough:

eg List three things you would recommend a client see or do in Tahiti, India, Italy and The West Coast of America
eg Where would you find: Anaheim? Luxor? Rhodes? Jericho?

Then the interviewer came and spoke to us for about an 50 hours, I struggled to look like I was listening, but I think I had her fooled.

Then she asked us in turn various questions where we had to think of examples in our previous jobs where we had done certain things like:
Persuaded a client or commitee to agree with you in a decision making situation.
Gone above and beyond to meet a customer or clients needs.
Persevered with a project or task until you achieved the results or outcome you desired.

It was actually easier than I thought, and not that painful.
