great:

my software kept crashing so i rebooted
tried about 50 million different setups and files
still crashed so i uninstalled and reinstalled
still crashed so i uninstalled, cleaned registry, reinstalled
still crashed after a week of trying so i called help desk
5 mins b4 helpdesk came i tested again and it crashed again
helpdesk arrived and it worked perfectly, i couldnt get it to crash no matter what i did.
