every morning on the way to work i have to cross rundle mall at gawler place on my bike.
you're supposed to get off your bike and walk.
no one does
one day i got told off by the parking inpecter, however, apparently he doesn't have any authority to tell me off.
another day i nearly hit someone and they seemed a lilttle annoyed.
today the whole section was blocked by a couple of big trucks and a number of vans driving around.
i dont see how they can allow the vans to drive around yet make me walk my bike through?  ¶ 3:49 PM
