f*** up

I swore at work today. I have been working in non-swear work environments for quite a while now, and managed to not swear, without any effort, but today, it just came out.
By 10am today I had been interrupted 4 times by A asking me questions. A does this despite the fact that I have my headphones on, he actually gets up from his desk and comes over to mine so I cant ignore. Who ever invented open plan should be shot in the head. Now these interruptions last at least 10 mins, making 2 thirds of my hour devoted to dealing with his issues,. Then I realised I had left a whole heap of files at home that I needed, and I said ‘great, I didn’t ******* copy the files over’.
Is this a sign?
